[version 0.12.0] allow to hide values in deals tape in DOM

As a trader
I want to have the ability to hide values that are less than X...
So that, I still can see what's going on in the market, but will not be seeing not necessary data
it can be done as a setting per trading pair, so I can control it for each separate trading pair.
