0.12 нам принесла уведомления в программе, очень крутая и нужная штука и это правда!
Если когда-то 0.какая-то версия принесет нам уведомления в телегу не зависимо от того открыто приложение или нет будет просто огонь!!! Можно будет отказаться от других инструментов, которые станут не нужные!

To implement offline alerts, we have to implement serverside logic which takes a lot of effort. But we consider to do it in the future
